HID resistance wire features:

The HID resistance wire is designed to work with the HID xenon conversion kit. Since the starting currency is up to 8.5A-10.5A when the HID kit starts, it can do harm to the lamps, ballast and other electronic components. While this resistor wire can lower the currency to 0.1A-0.2A, so that to protect the car.

This resistance wire is applied for some certain cars when installed HID kit, to prevent flashing light problems. But not all of the cars need to install this.
